How do I get a voucher?

If you have to cancel your holidays due to Coronavirus restrictions and you can’t declare new dates, you have the option to ask for a voucher with the full amount that you have paid. You can send your request per e-mail at booking@walenseeapartments.com. Afterwards you receive an e-mail with a unique voucher code, which is hidden even from our employees to avoid any possible abuse of the codes. Keep your code properly and use it on your next reservation on the relevant field.

How do I use my voucher?

You can redeem the voucher when making a reservation. If you have chosen a type, you can redeem your voucher from step 1 in the search & book. You will immediately see the payment status:

  1. Additional payment is required - you immediately see the amount to be paid
  2. The voucher exactly covers the reservation - you see that you do not have to pay extra and that the voucher is fully used
  3. An outstanding amount will remain on the voucher – you will immediately see what amount is still on the voucher.

Note: is the code is invalid? Please check whether you correctly use the capital letters when entering the voucher.

Can I move my booking to a future date?

Yes, you can move your reservation to a future date, by sending an e-mail to booking@walenseeapartments.com.
Important: If you change your dates and the property has availability there may be a difference in price (higher or lower). This may be due to seasonality or different rates on weekdays versus weekends. If the rates are higher, you will have to pay the difference between the original price and the price for your new dates. If they are lower, the price difference will be available for another reservation.

What measures are taken from Walensee apartments to prevent the spread of Coronavirus?

All this time the team of Walensee apartments has been working on improving the Check-in and Check-out procedures, to adjust them to the new lifestyle.
Before you arrive, you receive e-mails with all the information you need to know about the apartments and the surrounding area.
On arrival, we make sure to leave your key in a keybox and send you the instructions per e-mail.
During your stay, you can reach us on the phone or by e-mail, for any question you may have.
Additionally, after the final cleaning process, we are disinfecting the surfaces with a special disinfecting product.

Am i able to maintain 2 meters distance?

Our apartments are spacious and comfortable, providing you the cosiness of your home, combined with the relaxation of your holidays. The balconies and the gardens are totally private and have distance from each other. The shared areas of the buildings are spacious and even the front doors of the apartments are away from each other.

Outside you have a variety of activities (link) to fill your day and still keep distance. Moreover, the long beach around the lake allows you to relax without concerns.

Is the beach accessible? Are there any restrictions?

The beach is fully accessible both for swimming and for water sports. There are no restrictions, other than the official BAG guideline that everyone must follow. (link)
